• On-time - Two on-time measures:
• Ability to deliver as requested by customer
• Ability to deliver as promised by supplier
• Quality - Quantity rejected in proportion to quantity received
• Lead time - Ability to deliver within quoted (planned) lead time
• Unit price - Ability to invoice as requested
• Quantity - Ability to deliver requested quantity

SPES also computes the following:
